// pillar 03 of 08
Systems that hold up — and that can be audited.
Hardening, testing and QA, legacy modernization, project rescue and accessibility and compliance audits.
// what it is
What it is.
// context
The problems we usually find.
-
A critical system with no safety net
No tests, no monitoring and no rollback plan. Every change is made with apprehension and without guarantees.
-
An inherited project in trouble
Missed deadlines, undocumented code and a previous team no longer available to explain decisions.
-
Compliance discovered late
The accessibility or security requirement shows up in a tender or an audit, and fixing it at the end costs several times more.

// frequently asked
About Security & Resilience.
What does a project rescue involve in practice?
It starts with an assessment of the real state — code, tests, infrastructure and risks — and with stabilising what is in production. Evolution resumes only afterwards. It includes the scenario where our recommendation is not to continue on the current base.
Does the accessibility audit provide a certificate?
We do not issue certification. We deliver a technical report against WCAG 2.1 AA with a remediation plan prioritised by risk and effort. The declaration of conformity is the company’s responsibility, with its own legal advice.
How long until an unstable system becomes stable?
The first phase usually takes four to eight weeks: visibility, stopping the recurring failures and documenting what was never documented.
